Welcome to Consciously Living™, LLC, owned and operated by Leah Smith, doing business as The Slumber Party Series™ and Box™, The Face Yoga Institute™, and Fika with Leah™ (collectively, “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By purchasing, attending, or accessing any of our products, services, or events, You (“User,” “Participant,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Policies.

Scope of Services

Consciously Living™ provides lifestyle, educational, and wellness experiences, including:

The Face Yoga Institute™ – holistic beauty, acupressure, and training (virtual & in-person)
The Slumber Party Series™ and Box™ – curated group experiences for wellness & connection
Fika with Leah™ – personal coaching, speaking, and conscious business consulting
Corporate & Community Wellness Events – tailored programs for organizations and schools
Live Sales & Commerce – promotional activities via WhatNot, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms

All offerings are experiential and educational, not medical or therapeutic.

Experience-Based Offerings

The Slumber Party Boxes and Kits are curated exclusively for in-person or virtual experiences. They are not for individual retail sale. Each kit is assembled to complement a guided event or workshop.

No Medical, Therapeutic, or Legal Advice

Our content is for general education and personal development only.

Practices taught through The Face Yoga Institute™ and Slumber Party Series™ are non-medical.
Always consult a licensed physician, dermatologist, or health professional before beginning any new routine.
Emotional or spiritual content is not a substitute for therapy or counseling.
Business consulting and coaching are advisory and non-guaranteed.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Allergy & Product Disclaimer

All products or samples are for external use only and provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before use. The Company is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects arising from use of products or materials.

Event Participation & Media

Attendance is voluntary and may be recorded for marketing or educational use. Unauthorized recording is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive behavior without refund.

Payments & Refunds

All sales are final once access or shipment begins. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are only issued where required by law.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We use standard carriers and are not responsible for postal delays, loss, or incorrect addresses.

Affiliate Links & Third Parties

We may earn commissions through affiliate links or third-party partnerships. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, reaction, loss, or damages arising from your use of our services or products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owner, contractors, and representatives against all claims or liabilities resulting from your participation or violation of these Terms.

Technology & Access

Stable internet and a compatible device are required for digital content. We are not responsible for user-side technical issues.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., illness, weather, or technical outages).

Modifications & Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time. The laws of the State of Louisiana govern this Agreement. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Livingston Parish, Louisiana.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data (name, email, address, payment details), event information, and basic analytics when you interact with our sites or purchase services. Payment data is handled securely by third-party processors.

How We Use It

To process transactions, communicate updates, improve user experience, and share marketing emails (if you’ve opted in). You may unsubscribe at any time.

Data Sharing & Security

We never sell your data. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers or as required by law. We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection of online data.

Media & Testimonials

By participating in events or submitting testimonials, you grant the Company permission to use media for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18 without parental consent.

💳 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All sales for Consciously Living™ and its DBAs are final once processed or shipped. Digital content is non-refundable after delivery. If the Company cancels an event, participants will receive credit or rescheduling options.

Slumber Party Box & Kit Sales

Each box is custom curated for its accompanying experience and not for individual sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Report damaged items within 7 days for review.

Live Events & Corporate Wellness

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable if requested at least 7 days prior to the event.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled before the next billing date. Partial-month refunds are not available.

Private Sessions

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to illness, weather, or technical issues; rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion.
